Inverted Micromanipulation System

micromanipulation system is engaged in molecular biology, cell biology, molecular genetics, reproductive medicine, neurophysiology and other disciplines of precision experimental engineering equipment. It is mainly composed of inverted research microscope and micromanipulation. Device built-in3-dimensional electric coarse adjustment and hydraulic fine adjustment microinjection device, hydraulic microinjector, pneumatic microinjector, etc. This instrument adopts professional design for biology teaching and research, and adopts the technology of dissecting, surgery and microinjection of cells with micromanipulation device under microscope observation, which belongs to micromanipulation technology. It can be used in conjunction with inverted microscope to segment biological materials such as cells, follicles and bacteria.

micro operating system working principle:

find the sample of cells or embryos to be processed under microscope observation, and place the needle of the air pressure operator close to the sample.,adjusting the sample holding needle to control the air pressure to start sucking the sample. Because the needle body is thick and the tip is passivated, the cell sample will not be damaged. Then the tip of the injection needle filled with injection agent is slowly close to the cell sample. After the tip is pierced into the designated injection area, the injection is carried out. After the injection is completed, the needle is withdrawn to complete the injection work of microscopic observation operation.

The sample holding needle and the injection needle are two special tools for microscopic experiments: the sample holding needle is thicker and the tip is passivated; the injection needle is thinner and the tip is sharpened. As shown in the figure below, the left side of the cell is a sample holding needle (the needle body and needle tip are passivated: the sharpness of the needle body and needle tip is greater than the thickness of the cell wall to ensure that the cultured observation cell body is not damaged and its integrity is maintained), and the right side of the cell is an injection needle (the needle body and tip are sharpened: the needle body and tip are both smaller than the thickness of the cell wall to ensure that of the cultured observation cell wall to ensure that the cultured observation cell wall during microinjection). For the operation of chromosome and embryo cutting, the sample holding operation is similar to the above. When cutting, the injection needle needs to be prepared as a cutting needle (the tip of the cutting needle should be slightly longer, and the tip of the injection needle should be shorter to ensure that the sample damage is minimized), and then the microcutting operation is performed by using the tip of the cutting needle.
